I love this song. I want it played at my wedding at some point, perhaps as I walk down the aisle? Speaking of weddings, I want my first dance to be like this:

367. You can re-live any point of time in your life. The time-span can only be a half-hour, though. What half-hour of your past would you like to experience again?
There isn't a specific time that immediately pops into my head, but I think it would be interesting to re-live a moment from a time I can't remember, but if I could have the consciousness that I have now. The first half-hour of my life, for example, to learn what that was like.

I Did It

I finally told Josh that I didn't have the same feelings that he has for me. I did it over text. Which is probably more horrible than I'm thinking it is. But there was no way I would have been able to tell him in person. And if I did, then it would be awkward, because now he would know, but would we then continue to hang out? Or would it just be a really awkward conversation and then bye? I dunno. I'm just glad to have it off my chest. But I still feel horrible. This is what I sent him: "Hi Josh. I need to tell you before we meet again that while I'm flattered by your feelings for me, I don't see you in the same way. You're a great guy, and you don't deserve to be led on like that."
Is that okay?! Is that acceptable?! I'VE NEVER HAD TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. And then, do you want to know what he sent back? "Oh icic well thanks for letting me know:)" It took me a second to realize what the "icic" meant. And it kills me, because there's usually a minimum of 2 emoticons per text and I could tell in that text that he was hurt/sad. And it's killing me! I'm a horrible person. I feel kind of like this right now:

On the one hand, I'm free from that guilt of leading him on, but on the other hand, I feel horrible for hurting his feelings. Ugh. I don't know how girls deal with this all the time.

On a completely different note, I've been listening to Shane & Shane a lot recently. They're a Christian band and I really like them. I'm not exactly where I got their music from, probably from one of the times I air-dropped with people at camp. But really like their sound. I also recently found out about Lecrae, who is a Christian hip-hop artist. I've only listened to a couple of his songs, but I really like them. I really like the messages in his songs.

So here's what a giant celeb pizza party is like:

-12 Years a Slave star Chiwetel Ejiofor wanted an entire box.
-Brad Pitt passed out plates and napkins to the crowd, while Kevin Spacey took pizza to hand out in the cheaper seats.
-Julia Roberts shouted that she wanted cheese.
-Meryl Streep is wearing a white dress, but she did not care about stains. She wanted pizza and damn it, she was going to eat pizza. And that's why she's the best human.
-Jennifer Lawrence definitely got her hands on a slice, because duh. Girl loves her food.
-Ellen reminded the pizza guy that Kerry Washington is pregnant and that "she needs some." You all did see how fast the Scandal star's hand shot up when Ellen first asked if anyone wanted pizza, right?
-Leonardo DiCaprio declined the pizza, but that was probably because his stomach was in knots while he awaits his category.
-Jared Leto took a slice, but insisted to the camera that it was for his mom.
-Harrison Ford is way too seasoned to care about looking cool, eating oncamera and/or spilling, so he made sure to get some pizza.

I think series three has been biased in answering these questions because I watched it the most recently. But it would probably be the after credits scene of His Last Vow (basically the cliffhanger they left us with).

(500) Days of Summer

I watched (500) Days of Summer for the first time last night. It was pretty good. To be honest, It was not at all what I was expecting, just in terms of how the movie was done. It was very hipster. But there were some great quotes that I would just like to share with you now.

When Sherlock is talking to Mary in the fake house and then it's revealed that John was listening to the entire conversation.  And how John kind of breaks down after that. Agh and when he says "How is it always my fault?" Breaks my heart.

Oh wow, I can't remember... Um...Taylor Swift. I'm thinking that I've forgotten a really obvious one.

80. Hot tea or cold tea?
Well I've always really liked cold tea, but it has to be sweetened. Like, Nestea. But hot tea is kind of growing on me. I've had it a couple of times recently at Chinese restaurants. That was just green tea, no milk or sugar. So I think that if I made an effort to figure out what I liked, I'd probably like hot tea as well. Also, I had bubble tea for the first time last week. It didn't taste like tea at all really, I got vanilla chocolate flavoured. I'm not sure how I feel about tapioca balls, but the drink part was good.

Like all of the deduction scenes. My favourite is probably when Sherlock reveals how he knew so much about John in A Study in Pink. Oh, but also ***spoilers*** drunk Sherlock and John.

So....I went to the mall today. I had intended on it being a very purposeful trip. I had a few things I needed to get, then I would leave. However. That is not how it went. And I am now fully aware of the effect of not paying with cash has. On the bright side, I got some great stuff for a good deal. But back to the down side, it got a little out of hand. I kept telling myself I was spending birthday money, but I didn't get that much birthday money. I think this scene from Tangled suits my situation perfectly.
And to distract you from that bit of honesty, I have pictures!
On Friday our prof had asked us to bring our cameras, so very reluctantly, I took mine. I was only reluctant because it meant I would have to be carrying it around all day. So I am sitting in class, excited that we will be doing something other than just a lecture. Not as such. We never used the cameras. I'm still not sure why she asked us to bring them. Anyways, during my lunch break I was mad that I was lugging my camera around all day for nothing. So I decided to go take picture of the building behind the Waterloo Stratford Campus building. Did a bit of research, the building was The Grand Trunk Railway shop. Functioning from 1870 to 1964, the GTR has been vacant since 1989. More recently, a fire in 2002 destroyed the west wing. I couldn't find a picture pre-fire except in this PDF, but here is a picture of the fire:

This is an aerial of it now, the little checkerboard building at the bottom of the picture is The University of Waterloo Stratford Campus:

You can just see where the fire was on the right. The pavement that heads down from the GTR on a 90 angle (which is now being used as a parking lot) is where part of the building used to stand before the fire. And here are the pictures I took. The building has a very steampunk feel to it, I think.

 I don't know If you can see in this ^ one, but there is a shattered light bulb hanging there. I loved the idea of the shot, but my lens was not capable of getting as close as I had hoped. I might bring my camera out again with my stronger lens sometime.

So there it is! I stuck to one end, where the fire had been. To be honest, the other end looks rather dull compared to this end which is exposed and rusted.
